It is always difficult in such a situation when a person "down on their luck" for lack of a better term, asks for money. But, as bluebell wrote that eyes are the windows of the soul- i agree. I would rather err on the side of truly helping someone in need, then withholding something that i can do for fear that they are trying to "pull the wool over my eyes. " and as makesomeonesmile commented, i too, love reading of your adventures. And i love that they is what they really are: adventures!
