The receptionist where I work has such a tough job! People are really nice here but I can imagine how hard it must be to constantly smile and be "on" all the time. She always smiles, treats everyone with respect, and always has a kind word to share.
I gave her a card for no reason other than to let her know that, as I put it, "thoughts of your sweet demeanor and kindness are like a warm place to rest."
