To add beauty to my community and hopefully a smile to a neighbor's face I just delivered a chrysanthemum plant to people who recently moved in across the street. I knew they wouldn't be home so I left it with a Smile Card and a note that said, "Welcome to the neighborhood!"
And, as a side benefit, I'll get to enjoy the plant from my window across the street - without having to take care of it!
