Relaxjacks

The other night I was speaking to the owner of a coffee shop who was concerned about some business matters and was feeling down.  To cheer her up, I am going to take her a tray of totally scrumptious homemade 'relaxjacks' (instead of 'FLAP'jacks).  People can sense dis-ease and it won't help her business if her customers feel uneasy.  I figure that if I can help her to relax and put a smile on her face by doing a small act of kindness, then hopefully her smile will spread too and things will start to look brighter!
