Kind Support

Today, something beautiful happened in Veraval near the busy Veraval port.
A little ahead of the market, there was a small girl selling pens, but no one was buying from her. At that moment, around 30 school children were passing by. I stopped them and told them I would give everyone a gift. Then I called that pen-selling girl and bought pens from her, and gifted one pen to each child.
Moral of the story:
That little girl may not be able to study herself, but she is giving pens to children like her so they can study. Who knows what great things those children might achieve in the future with the very pen she sold?

Saving A Boy

It was a very emotional moment. I was going from Somnath Temple to Umrala village. When I reached near Hina, there was about 5 km left to enter the village. On the way, I suddenly heard a boy shouting, “Save me, save me.”
I stopped my bike and looked around, but no one was there. Then I followed the voice and found that beside the road there was a big drain. The boy had fallen into it after losing balance on his bike. He was covered in blood. His leg was broken, he had a serious injury on his forehead, and his hand was also fractured.
I immediately called 108 emergency service and took him to the hospital.
Thank God for considering me capable of helping someone in need. 🙏

Love All Feed All

Today I saw some people walking on the road carrying flags. When I asked, I came to know that during the Holi festival they were walking all the way to Dakor Temple for pilgrimage. They were on their way there.
I thought we should arrange something for them. It wasn’t much, but we decided to provide water bottles, snacks, and tea. We went to Nadiad and set up a small camp there. We prepared tea and snacks and arranged drinking water.
Then, we served water, tea, and snacks to all the pilgrims who were passing by. We also spent some joyful time with them and enjoyed the beautiful spirit of the festival.

Junaghadh

Today in Junagadh, an old woman slipped and fell. She was badly hurt in her leg and was unable to walk. Two young girls were with her. Many people were passing by; they would look at her and ask what happened, but no one was actually helping.
When I reached there, I asked her, “Can I help you and take you down to the hospital?” She replied, “Yes beta, please.” Then I lifted her in my arms and carried her down. I thank God that she was not too far up, so I was able to bring her down safely. After that, I seated her in an auto and took her to the hospital. I received her blessings and then returned.

Today I fulfilled the duty of a security guard for the whole day.
What happened was that the security guard here had severe stomach pain in the morning. He was lying and rolling on the ground. I asked him what happened. He said he has a stone problem and was in a lot of pain.
I immediately arranged a painkiller and gave it to him. Then I told him to go home and take rest. He said he was worried that he might lose his job. I told him, “I am here. I will manage today in your place. Just explain to me what needs to be done.”
After a lot of convincing, he agreed. I handled the security duty the entire day and helped him. It felt like a really nice and meaningful work.

Helping on the Roadside

Today, a family was in serious trouble on the highway. Their car had suddenly broken down on the road from Sonariya to Sutrapada, which passes through forest areas where there are many wild animals.
We were passing by on our bike when they signaled to us from inside their car. We immediately stopped and went to check on them. We found out that their vehicle had stopped due to a mechanical issue.
We called a local auto driver and asked him to take the family safely to the main road. Then we arranged towing for their car. After speaking with a garage mechanic, we got their car repaired. Finally, we made sure the family safely continued their journey to their destination.

Meal In A Hut

Today’s work became a very memorable one.
When you enter the village through the main gate and go a little further after the village ends, there is a small hut. I had noticed it earlier during a field visit. My meal was arranged at a leader’s house in the village, but I chose to eat at that hut instead.
I went there without being invited. When I reached, I found three small girls, a baby boy, and their mother. The father had passed away unexpectedly. There was almost nothing in the house — just a cot, a few utensils, and only some rice as ration.
Even then, I said I was hungry and asked for food. The mother hesitated and asked, “Will you really eat here?” I said yes. She cooked plain rice and served it to me after some time. I ate the food and quietly left after saying “Ram Ram,” without saying anything else.
After returning to the village, I spoke with my friends and the village leaders. Together we collected donations and arranged groceries and some financial support for the family. We also assigned responsibility to a few villagers to ensure that every month the family does not face any kind of difficulty.

Helping A Couple

While I was going on the road, I noticed a couple pushing their bullet motorcycle. I stopped and asked, “What happened, brother?”
He said, “The petrol is over. Yesterday I gave my bullet to a friend. He returned it at night but didn’t refill the petrol. He didn’t even tell me. Now I’m stuck and we are pushing it. What can we do?”
I said, “Don’t worry, I am here.” I told them to sit on the bullet and I pushed it with my bike from behind.
Slowly, I helped them reach the petrol pump safely. They were very thankful and gave me their heartfelt blessings.
