Best Lifeguard Ever! So Moving! And So Insightful, This Young Man!
I have to share this wonderful story shared by my cousin Jane. She was in her first triathalon and went into a panic when another swimmer swam over her. She was panicking and called over the lifeguard. This 17 year old young man jumped in and came near her and talked to her. He said "I can't touch you or you'll be disqualified, but if you like, I will swim the rest of the way with you". And he did that, and my precious cousin was able to finish her challenge. Isn't that absolutely wonderful ?

Contagious Fun At Zumba Class
Yesterday I went to Zumba class and this older aged man was standing outside watching. I mentioned to him he should come in and try it. I went in and noticed he was still outside watching. I waved for him to come in and he did.
He stayed for about 40 minutes and was smiling the whole time. He even waved in another man, and maybe it also was why he smiled. And I was smiling too watching him! I'm glad I reached out.
