If You Don't Believe Me, Try It!
Since I've joined this fanatastic site, I've paid a lot more attention to people and reaching out in more ways.
On my way to work this morning, I gave a guy a chance to filter in ahead of me. I smiled and waved him through and he honked and smiled in appreciation. As a matter of fact, I let all 4 cars behind him go ahead of me!
When I looked up the road, the guy I let pass returned the favour to someone else trying to filter. I'd like to think that he did so with a smile and a wave.
It totally changed my mood this morning. Being the middle of the week and also not getting a good night's sleep, I was tired and a bit grumpy. However, this simple act boosted my spirits and made me feel happy.
It really does work. If you don't believe me, you should give it a try today! :)

Mystery Muffin Giver - Part 2
I just wanted to let you guys know that I have followed suit and left muffins along with a smile card in our lunchroom at work. It was so hilarious to see co-workers trying to find out who left them.
One just passed by my cubicle saying loudly to everyone in the room, "Thank you whoever left the muffins. They taste great." She had a big grin on her face. It made me feel happy seeing her so happy. I really hope they pass the joy along. Thank you to the original Mystery Muffin Giver for your wonderful story, which motivated me to pass a little happiness around. Giving certainly is fun!
