Kindness Journey To California

Kindness Journey to California

My son and his wife gave me a ride to the DCA airport. He checked baggage and paid the baggage charge and fare as well. He requested a wheelchair for me for going to the gate comfortably. A few days ago, my son applied and got a Known Traveler Number from TSA Precheck. This allowed me to scan carry bag and laptop only. No need to remove shoes, belt, watch, wallet or anything else on me. I am grateful to my son for all his love, care and help extended to me.

I gave a quote card and a tip to the wheelchair assistant.

Gave some quote cards to airhostesses, cracked jokes and told Fatemah story.

Gave quote cards to a passenger seated next to me. Told Fatemah story, intense positive thinking story, talked about KindSpring and also gave name of the positive thinking books. For the first time, I saw all three of us in a row were reading books. The girl sitting near the window also got quote cards. I received smiles and he thanked me.

Before leaving home, I was thinking positively that I will find opportunities to share positive thinking stories. Positivity found its way.

Put away some papers and plastic from the floor in recycle bins at the airport.

I am grateful to my nephew who gave me a ride from the airport to his home.

I smiled at many people and received beautiful smiles in return.

I am grateful to Sri Sathya Sai Baba for giving me these opportunities of kindness and guiding and helping me in this regard
